How to Check Shipping Costs with a Custom Order?

In the Print on Demand business model, Custom Order is a special order type that the seller creates manually through the Podbul panel. This method offers Podbul sellers a more flexible order creation process.

Info
With Custom Order, the product model, color, size, design, customer address, and shipping information can be entered manually. This structure provides practical use for special requests, orders outside the integration flow, or processes that require manual control.

Before moving the order to the payment or production stage, the seller can review the order information and check the necessary fields.

Custom Order can also be used to view shipping options and shipping fees. If the customer has already placed an order, a special order can be created using the existing order information, and the available shipping options can be reviewed before proceeding to the payment step.

If the customer has not created an order yet, the same process can be completed using the address information provided by the customer. After the product and address details are entered, the shipping options and fees available in the system can be checked.

Once the review is complete, the special order can be canceled or deleted without making a payment. This method helps the seller provide the customer with clearer and more up-to-date shipping information.
